Renew a Credential

AHT, RHT and DMT credentials renew every two years. Renew before your expiration date to keep your registry status current.

AHN, HNS and HMP renew on the same two-year cycle with continuing education, and only while the holder’s license is current.

Lapse and Reinstatement

A lapsed holder may not use the credential until it is reinstated. IBHBOT audits a random sample of renewals each year; keep CE certificates and practice records for one full cycle.
